Selangor – Balakong

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to head of Finance and Admin.
  • Handling HR function including HR development, recruitment and retention.
  • In charge of foreign worker’s affair and administration.
  • Daily office adminstration works, payroll and other HR activities.
  • Willing and able to handle administration assignment by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in HRM, or in any related field.
  • Familiar with Malaysia’s Employment Act and current prevailing HR practices.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant field.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent, both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and willing to carry out multi-task and manage time effectively.

Selangor – Balakong

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Sales and Marketing Manager, he/she will be assigned a specific sales area and responsible for existing customer enquiries and development of new accounts and responsible for monthly collection.
  • Plan and manage sales activities to meet personal sales targets.
  • Coordinate with sales coordinators on pricing, stock availability and delivery schedule to meet customer enquiry.
  • Prompt feedback on market information and be responsive on market changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma/ Degree holder in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in related field is an advantage.
  • Fluent, both spoken and written in Mandarin and English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and independent.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries, quotation and provide back end support for sales team.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery.
  • To coordinate with warehouse and logistic department to ensure goods deliver promptly and effectively.
  • Willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma/ Degree holder in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
  • Computer literate with at least 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant field would be added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and willing to carry out multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales and marketing plans to meet Company sales target.
  • To lead, monitor and motivate sales staff to achieve personal and company targets.
  • Maintain good customer relationship by providing prompt & accurate information to customer sales enquiries & complaints.
  • Monitor collection performance & analyze customer credit worthiness.
  • Report to top management on sales performances, market trend and manage product range to improve market share.
  • To develop new customer accounts, new market segment and new products for higher sales contribution.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a diploma/degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 5 year working experience in related industry and managerial role is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of production.
  • Operate the relevant machines for production.
  • Train, guide, lead and motivate the team towards productivity. 
  • Plan, organize and assign adequate daily production jobs to all workers.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality and subordinates discipline.
  • In charge of daily job sheets (JS) issued are attended correctly and timely, daily production job batch (JB) are properly issued and updated, and material requisition note (MRN) are issued completely and correctly.
  • Ensure factory safety and cleanliness in compliance with firefighting rules.
  • Report any wastages of materials/ and shortage of finished goods.
  • Record and update all finished goods
  • Handle the production planning activities
  • Handle the customer property control activities
  • Supervise the daily production activities
  • Validate the Welding Process
  • Conduct the machine set-up, in-process & final inspection 
  • Manage the control of NC Products
  • Carry out the periodic preventive maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess SRP/SPM.
  • Minimum 1 year or above relevant work experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing PU Pipes and machine maintenance.

Selangor – Balakong

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in warehouse operation, stock movement and security control.
  • Ensure all DOs received are properly authorized and approved before delivery.
  • Prepare & maintain proper warehouse reports & records.
  • Execute transfer of raw material to production department.
  • Store finished goods into allocated racks/ locations.
  • Plan and organize for goods delivery in advance for effective delivery.
  • Update/ key-in receiving/ delivery information into UBS Stock Module.
  • Support other departments on warehousing stock information issue.
  • Assist in stock take and compile inventory data as required on ad hoc basis.
  • Carry out the goods delivery activities.
  • Carry out the storage activities.
  • Control the NC Products.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess SRP/SPM.
  • Minimum 1 year or above relevant work experience.
